Syren Studios was created by Jennifer as a safe, supportive space where movement becomes a pathway to confidence, self-expression, and discovering your alter ego. As a dancer and creative director, Jennifer wanted to build a studio where people could show up exactly as they are - without judgement, pressure, or expectation.

 

At Syren, you’re encouraged to feel safe in your body first, and then explore the different sides of yourself through movement. The bold, the soft, the powerful, the playful - all of it is welcome here. Our classes span heels, sneakers, contemporary, floorwork, and specialty workshops, and are designed to meet you where you are. With a strong focus on technique, intention, and support, each class creates an environment where you can move confidently, take up space, and step into your alter ego in a way that feels empowering and authentic.
